You can be sad. You can be despondent. You can be angry. You can be depressed, mad, shocked, nervous, scared, incensed, disappointed, distraught, disillusioned, short tempered, sullen, and seething. You can be hopeless. You can be devastated.
You can be all of those things and more.
Just don’t take it out on your kids.

My kids are 18 and 12. I don't know how I could ever take it out on them when they're just as distraught as I am. Really feel like there is no coming back from this. Trying to take one step at a time here...
