We forget how important even just the basic day-to-day time spent together is to our children. Often times it's the only thing they'll remember years from now.

I can't remember anything but two or three really cool toys my parents bought me as a kid. But the time I spent with my pop? I remember that stuff like it was yesterday.

More parents need to remember that about their lives. Feel like we'd be in a much different place when it comes to parenting these days.
